Fast Crates Return Policy:

At Fast Crates, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the custom-built and oversized nature of our crates, returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please review the criteria below:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
  • Custom orders, including crates built to unique specifications, are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@fastcrates.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product (if damaged)
  • Reason for return

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
  • All return shipments must be sent using a trackable freight or LTL service. We can help coordinate return shipping if needed.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, minus original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your crate arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to replace the affected parts or send a replacement crate at no additional charge.
