Are Fast Crates ISPM-15 compliant for export?
Yes. Every crate carries an ISPM-15 stamp. The solid-wood pallet base (2×4s and 1×4s) on seven sizes is ISPM-15 heat-treated and stamped; the 12×12×12 and 16×16×16 have handle cutouts instead of a pallet base and are also ISPM-15 stamped.
How do the crates assemble?

Yes. The patent-pending design is collapsible: after a shipment, take the crate apart, store the panels flat, and reassemble it for the next one.
What if a crate arrives damaged?
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to replace the affected parts or send a replacement crate. See the returns policy for details.
